• Ramadan Family Festival

  Thank you to all of the families who came along to our Ramadan Festival. It was a huge success and raised over £300 for our P.T.A funds. This will be used towards improving reading resources throughout school.

   

  Feedback from parents has been excellent and the children enjoyed taking to the run way in their special clothes.

   

  Well done to our wonderful dance troupe and Miss Boyle who performed brilliantly. Look out for them in the Lancashire Evening Telegraph!

  

• Ramadan Family Festival

  On Thursday 18th May we will be holding a Ramadan Family Festival in school from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. There will be a fashion show, dance and various stalls. If you are interested in a stall these are £15.00. Please come along to the school office where we can give you more information.

   

  Bake Off

   

  We will be holding a bake off to win a pamper hamper. All cakes will be sold at the Ramadan Festival. Please could entries be in school before lunch on the 18th. Many thanks and good luck.

   

  Tickets for the festival are on sale in the office for 50p each.  Please come along and bring members of your family and the community.  This is our first Ramadan Festival and we hope that it will be a huge success and raise money for reading resources for our children.

  Thank you to our PTA who used some of the funds to purchase new books for every class library. Feedback from the pupils has been excellent. Zara from Year 6 said " I am currently reading a series called Trebizon. It is really good and thank you for purchasing the books". We are finding that children are developing a real joy for reading.
