During Autumn term our topic is Childhood. This project teaches children about everyday life and families today, including comparisons with childhood in the 1950s. We will look at the Queen's coronation as a significant event in living memory. We look at how we change over time through our stages of life and draw our family trees.

In our geography project we will look at our world. We learn the continents and oceans of the world, capital cities and countries of the UK and discuss human and physical features of our local area. 

Childhood also includes the science topics Everyday Materials and Humans. We look at different materials and their properties and learn all about body parts and our 5 senses.
