Blackburn Literature Festival

As part of the Blackburn Literature Festival, pupils from Years 2 to 6 enjoyed a walk to Blackburn Library to take part in a range of exciting literary activities.

During their visit, the children explored the work of poets, illustrators and story writers, discovering how books and stories are created and brought to life. They enjoyed engaging displays, interactive sessions and opportunities to learn more about different forms of literature.

The visit was a wonderful celebration of reading, creativity and imagination, inspiring our pupils to develop their own love of books and storytelling.
